Cancelation Policy and Refunds

Fees will be refunded if notification of cancellation is received by email minus an administration fee as follows:

Cancelation until 1 May: Free cancelation
Cancelation from 2 May until 31 May: Reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee, minus bank charges
Cancelation after 31 May: No refunds will be made
